Scope of Work Detailed survey, design & drawing and construction of 2 RCC Infiltration well/Intake well: Zone-1 (8.25 MLD), with 8.0m Inner dia. and; Zone-2 (4.84 MLD), with 7.30m Inner dia.; & RCC Sump with Pump House; WTP (conventional)- 10MLD, (Renovation of WTP (conventional)- 5MLD up-gradation of civil, electrical and SCADA required as per actual site condition), Elevated Service Reservoirs: (i)1.4ML, 22 m staging (Zone – 1)- 2Nos; (ii) 1.2ML, 21 m staging (Zone -2)- 1No; Supplying and laying clear water rising main & Distribution Network, House service connection, Boundary wall, Staff quarters, Supplying and installation of V.T. pump and Centrifugal pump, Electric connection, Installation of SCADA etc, all complete for Madhupur Water Supply Scheme, on turnkey basis and Carrying out Operation and Maintenance of works for Five years after construction, including cost of all supervisory staff, material, equipment, electrical power supply, consumables, establishment, maintenance & repair, chemicals etc., all complete for Madhupur Water Supply Scheme.
Brief Scope of Work of Project
  • Supplying & laying of DI Pipeline: (100 mm to 500 mm Dia) – 126 Km
  • RCC Intake / Infiltration Well
    • Zone-I: 8.00 m Inner dia with suitable depth (Intake/Infiltration well)
    • Zone-II: 7.30 m Inner dia with suitable depth (Intake/Infiltration Well)
    • Sump and Pump House above as per design/drawing
  • WTP:
    • 10 MLD (Conventional)
    • Renovation of 5MLD (Conventional) WTP
  • ESRs
    • 2 ESRs in Zone 1 each of 14.00 Lakh Litre capacity with 22 m staging
    • 1 ESR in Zone 2 of 12.00 Lakh Litre capacity with 21 m staging
  • Raw Water Pump – V.T Pump
    • Zone 1: 7000 lpm, discharge, 16 m Head – 2 nos (1 working + 1 stand by)
    • Zone 2: 4084 lpm, discharge, 24 m Head – 2 nos (1 working + 1 stand by)
  • Clear Water Pump – CF Pump (Horizontal split casing centrifugal pumps)
    • Zone-I: WTP to Sump at ESR – 3400 LPM, 52 m Head – 3 nos (2 working + 1 stand by)
    • Zone-I: Sump to ESR – 3400 LPM, 36 m Head – 3 nos (2 working + 1 stand by)
    • Zone-II: WTP to Sump at ESR – 1917 LPM, 51 m Head – 3 nos (2 working + 1 stand by)
    • Zone-II: Sump to ESR – 1917 LPM, 35 m Head – 3 nos (2 working + 1 stand by)
  • Transformer
    • Raw Water Pumping Station: Zone-1 – 100 KVA, Zone-2 – 100 KVA
    • Clear Water Pumping Station:
      • WTP to Sump: Zone-I – 250 KVA, Zone-II – 125 KVA
      • Sump to ESR: Zone-I – 125 KVA, Zone-II – 100 KVA
  • Staff Quarters – Two units
  • Boundary Wall – 460 m length
