Consultant Services for preparing Feasibility Studies for setting up Common Effluent Treatment Plant in Industrial Focal Points, at Amritsar, Patiala, Nabha, Malout, Kampurthala, Nawa Shehar, Punjab
Brief Scope of work
- Conducting of field studies/survey for the assessment of wastewater Generation from the industrial units which is joining into the common sewer line leading to proposed CETP
- Number & type (nature of production) of Industrial Units already operational & Number & type (nature of production) of Industrial Units going to come up in future in the industrial estate
- Wastewater/Effluent production qualitative & quantitative (Flow & quality/Characteristics) from industrial estate
- Present method of collection & handling/treatment/disposal/reuse of effluent by industries.
- Proposed method for collection & Conveying of Effluent to proposed CETP
- Treated effluent/wastewater reuse applications & discharge of treated effluent (left out after reuse if any)
- Determination of the design quantity and quality of combined wastewater in consultation with PSIECL & hence the CETP Capacity
- Selection of appropriate treatment technology option for treatment
- Preparation of block diagrams for effluent treatment using various technologies
- Recommendation on the final selected treatment option
- Preparation of flow sheets for the selected treatment option
- Recommendation on Sludge handling & disposal system for sludge generated from proposed CETP
- Area assessment for CETP setup for present & future flows
